Here’s a great holiday tip for a healthy appetizer to serve up. Slice up a few beef steak tomatoes and then place some fresh mozzarella (comes in jar w/olive oil)on each slice and sprinkle with fresh oregano.
It’s quick, easy, healthy and yummy!
