An essential part of being healthy is staying fit, but exercises that work for a “30ish” woman may not be as beneficial for a woman in her 40s. That’s why we provide interesting, age-appropriate stories about maintaining an active lifestyle. And, because we understand the challenges of “fitting in fitness,” we explore several options for making exercise part of your busy schedule. Among them, we look at Pilates, yoga, weight training, core training, swimming … even dance!

    As busy as I am, I never use the elevators (mostly because I’m claustrophobic!) so I take the stairs. Everyday to work, at the end of the day and within the building. I probably log a few miles daily.
